The 7 Advocacies of OATH:

Gifts to the Church and communities

What does the OATH do? What is our work?

The OATH brothers are on a mission to make a difference in the Church and the communities we serve. With seven key advocacies, we aim to spread faith, hope, and love through practical and meaningful initiatives. These advocacies are our gifts—ways of touching lives and building a brighter future for many.

Here’s a closer look at the impactful work we do:

1. Campus Ministry

Young people are the future, and the OATH brothers believe in meeting them where they are—right in their schools. Through campus ministry, we offer fun and engaging programs that nurture faith and values. By forming youth groups like MHCC and visiting public schools, we guide students in building a strong foundation for life.

2. Scholarship

Education is a powerful tool for change, and OATH supports this by providing financial assistance to students who need it most. With 60 scholars currently under our wing, we help these young minds reach their full potential and dream big.

3. Livelihood Projects

Empowering people with skills and opportunities is another way OATH makes an impact. We’ve launched projects like a goat farm, where every goat supports a student’s education. The initiative also provides jobs for locals, improving their economic status and fostering sustainable development in the community.

4. Employment Connections

For scholars, the journey doesn’t stop at graduation. OATH bridges the gap between education and the workforce by connecting graduates to companies, helping them secure meaningful jobs and build fulfilling careers.

5. Values Formation

True transformation happens from within. OATH offers programs that nurture spiritual, moral, and life values. These are open to everyone—youth, young adults, lay organizations, religious groups, and seminarians. Through these efforts, we inspire individuals to live with purpose and integrity.

6. Formation of Priests and Brothers

The OATH is also committed to the growth of priests and brothers. We provide them with the spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral guidance needed to serve the Church with unwavering faith and dedication.

7. Infrastructure: Youth Center

Finally, OATH is creating spaces where young people can thrive. These youth centers will be places for learning, creativity, meaningful play, and faith formation. They will be havens of growth and support for children and teens.

Gift of Faith in Action

Through these seven advocacies, we are living our mission to serve. We are not just helping individuals; we are building stronger communities and a more vibrant Church.

Each advocacy is a reflection of our faith in action, reminding everyone of the power of love, service, and hope. Together, we are creating a ripple effect of positive change.
